What is the Stamp rally?
Our Stamp rally is a fun and exciting way to drive more interaction and potential sales to your stall. Visitors will purchase/collect their Stamp Passport at the front desk and go around different vendors collecting stamps. Once they collected a set number of stamps for that event, they can come to the Creative Con sales desk and collect a free gift.
Why should I join the stamp rally?
If you join the stamp rally for a particular event, it means that visitors with a passport will need to come to your stall & purchase something to get a stamp. This means a sale for you and a stamp for the visitor. It's a win-win situation.
Do I need to purchase a stamp?
Yes, you will require some kind of stamp to be able to join in the stamp rally. The stamps can be intricate or as simple as you want, just remember, its a way of stamp passport holders to remember your brand.
When do I give a customer a stamp?
You will be required to give a customer a stamp if they purchase anything from your stall. It does not matter if it's the cheapest or the most expensive items. If they purchase multiple or single items. customers may only be allowed 1 x stamp in their passport per event from your stall.
How do I sign-up to be in the stamp rally?
You can apply to be in the stamp rally when filling in the trader application for the show. Please note, during large events we cannot guarantee that every trader that applies to be in the stamp rally will be accepted as we limit the numbers so attendee's don't feel too pressured into purchasing from everyone. We will only accept stamp rally traders who have paid their invoices. So, for a strong chance to be accepted make sure you pay your invoices ASAP.
